Talent Acquisition and Retention

To ensure that the university continues to diversify and strengthen its faculty and staff ranks, ISU’s Office of Human Resources and Office of Equal Opportunity/Title IX implemented a training program designed to educate search committee members on the fundamental steps to conducting a high-quality employment search, as well as, strategies for enhancing the candidate pool with respect to gender and ethnic diversity.
